8. Responsability
A claim honored by Quantum under these
warranty conditions does not constitute an
acknowledgment of liability on the part of
Quantum for any loss or damage suffered by
the owner or by third parties. Any liability on the
part of Quantum for consequential damages
is excluded. Quantum’s liability is limited to
what is stated in the warranty conditions,
unless otherwise provided by mandatory legal
provision.
