Wing Washout is the angular differance between the Root Cord (Root Tube) and the Tip of the Wing.
This difference is establish during the engineering of the aircraft is set by the pre made Wire Lengths.
Theres no practicle way for you (the builder) to change or adjust this setting BUT it MUST be checked to
determine the Wings were assembled correctly. Throughout the Final Assembly the referance of
ROOT TUBE LEVEL will be used OR Relative to the Root Tube can be substituted.
New Electronic Levels (and Apps on Smart Phones) can establish any Angle as ZERO.
