SETUP (Clamp & Pot)
Sous vide circulators require a 3.94 inch (10cm) deep container or port.
1.Press and hold the left side
portion of clamp, make the fixed
clamp open, put skirt portion into
the container.
2.When the stainless steel
skirt into the depth of the
appropriate loosen clamp,
and after will automatically
fixed on the container.
