RadioShackwarrantsthisproductagainstdefectsin
materialsandworkmanshipundernormalusebythe
originalpurchaserforninety (90) days afterthedateof
purchasefromaRadioShack-ownedstoreoranauthorized
RadioShackfranchiseeordealer.RADIOSHACKMAKES
NOOTHEREXPRESSWARRANTIES.
Thiswarrantydoesnotcover:(a)damageorfailure
causedbyorattributabletoabuse,misuse,failureto
followinstructions,improperinstallationormaintenance,
alteration,accident,ActsofGod(suchasoodsor
lightning),orexcessvoltageorcurrent;(b)improperor
incorrectlyperformedrepairsbypersonswhoarenota
RadioShackAuthorizedServiceFacility;(c)consumables
suchasfusesorbatteries;(d)ordinarywearandtear
orcosmeticdamage;(e)transportation,shippingor
insurancecosts;(f)costsofproductremoval,installation,
set-upservice,adjustmentorreinstallation;and(g)
claimsbypersonsotherthantheoriginalpurchaser.
Shouldaproblemoccurthatiscoveredbythiswarranty,
taketheproductandtheRadioShacksalesreceiptas
proofofpurchasedatetoanyRadioShackstoreinthe
U.S.RadioShackwill,atitsoption,unlessotherwise
providedbylaw:(a)repairtheproductwithout
chargeforpartsandlabor;(b)replacetheproduct
withthesameoracomparableproduct;or(c)refund
thepurchaseprice.Allreplacedpartsandproducts,
andproductsonwhicharefundismade,become
thepropertyofRadioShack.Neworreconditioned
partsandproductsmaybeusedintheperformance
ofwarrantyservice.Repairedorreplacedpartsand
productsarewarrantedfortheremainderoftheoriginal
warrantyperiod.Youwillbechargedforrepairor
replacementoftheproductmadeaftertheexpirationof
thewarrantyperiod.
