USING THE
BEEP
FUNCTION
You
can
set the meter
to beep
each time
you press
a button;
turn the function
control,
or move
the
current
switch. To
turn
on
the
beep function,
press
.F/.C.
BEEp
appears
on
the display.
To
turn off
the beep function, press
oF/"C
so nnfr

pears.
Note:

some modes,
the
beep
does not
sound
for
all con-
trols.
USING
THE TEMPERATURE
FUNCTION
You
can cohnect
the
supplied
temperature
probe
to
measure
temperatures from
-58'F
to 302"F
(-50"C
to 1S0.C).
Within
the range
of 32'F
lo 212"F
(0'C
to
100"C),
the meter
is accu-
rate
within
3.6'F
(2"C).
Outside
this range,
the
meter's
accu-
racy is
not
specified.

the temperature
function,

black test lead

test lead
