Entering the Diagnostic Mode
The compass has a diagnostic mode to
determine if a sensor is broken and
whether the backlight is working.
1. Hold down
ADV
and
ENT
at the same
time until
rESE7
flashes.
2. Press
ADV
so
dIAG
flashes.
3. Press
ENT
.

or similar digits
appear.
4. To check the backlight, press
ADV
so
the software version appears
(
10A106
or similar digits), then
LITE
appears.
If
Err11
,
Err12
, or
Err13
appears, one of the sensors is dam-
