      If you are experiencing weak, bad, or no reception on your Radio Shack Two-Way Radio, make sure that the device is turned on and the volume is at an audible level. Also, ensure the telescoping antenna is fully extended or an external antenna is connected to the EXT ANTENNA jack. Check the battery power and make sure you are not pressing the PUSH TO TALK button while trying to receive a transmission.

      If you are having trouble with transmission on your Radio Shack Two-Way Radio, verify that the telescoping antenna is fully extended or an external antenna is connected to the EXT ANTENNA jack. Also, make sure you are fully pressing the PUSH TO TALK button while transmitting. Finally, check the battery power to ensure it is not weak.
