4. To transmit, press
PUSH TO TALK
and speak
into the microphone from about three inches
away. To transmit an alert tone to another
transceiver on the selected frequency, press
the call button.
5. Release
PUSH TO TALK
when you finish speak-
ing.
6. Adjust the volume control to the most comfort-
able listening level.
7. Rotate the volume control down until it clicks to
turn off the transceiver.
