1. All channels, 0% modulation
Check that the output from all 4 channels (pO, pCO, 3 and 4) are
—109.0 + 5.0 mV.
If outside, adjust the pO; channel (by R48 on the Power Supply PCB)
to —109.0 + 1.0 mV. Check that the other 3 channels are —109.0 + 5.0
mV.
2. All channels, 20.12% modulation
Check that the output from all 4 channels (pO. pCO», 3 and 4) are
1000.0 + 15.0 mV.
K outside, adjust the pO, channel by R67 on the Power Supply PCB
to 1000.0 + 1.0 mV. Check that the other 3 channels are 1000.0 + 15.0
mV. :
3 All channels, 1.95% modulation
Check that the output from all 4 channels (pO;, pCO,, 3 and 4) are 0.0
+ 5.0 mV.
If the tolerances in step 0:16, 0:17, or 0:18 are exceeded after the above
adjustments have been performed, the Power Supply PCB is defective and must be
replaced.
This procedure checks the Max. Temp. Watchdog. In this step the CPU does not
trigger the watchdog for which reason the heat is turned off.

Simulator TEMPERATURE 37 °C.
Connect DVM- to simulator HEAT+ and DVM+ to GND. Check that
the voltage is less than 0.050 V.
