  • Operation Guidelines:
    • Always wear substantial footwear and long trousers. Avoid operating barefoot or with open sandals.

    • Avoid operating in wet grass.
    • Maintain firm footing on slopes and walk, never run.
    • Mow across the face of slopes, not up and down. Exercise caution when changing direction on slopes.

    • Stop the cutting device(s) when tilting the product for transport or when crossing non-grass surfaces.

    • Start the product carefully with feet away from the cutting device(s). Do not tilt the product more than absolutely necessary when starting.
    • Do not start when standing in front of the discharge chute.
    • Keep hands and feet away from rotating parts and the discharge opening.
    • Remove the safety key and battery packs when leaving the product unattended, clearing blockages, cleaning, working on the product, or after striking a foreign object.
    • Mow in slight overlapping rows, preferably in straight lines, to ensure even cutting.
    • Empty the grass catcher frequently, ideally when half full, to maintain performance.
    • After use, switch off, disconnect the safety key, and remove battery packs to cool down.

Maintenance Features:

  • General Cleaning: Keep the mower clean by removing debris after each use and before storage. Use a dry cloth and a brush for hard-to-reach areas. Stubborn dust can be removed with high-pressure air (43 PSI).
  • Inspection: Regularly check nuts, bolts, and screws for tightness. Inspect the grass catcher frequently for wear or deterioration. Visually inspect the cutting device, bolts, and assembly for wear or damage before each use.
  • Blade Maintenance:
    • Wear strong work gloves when handling the cutting device.
    • Keep the blade sharp for good cutting performance.
    • Replace worn or damaged blades with new, genuine replacement parts of the same type.
    • Loosen the hex bolt counterclockwise with the supplied hex wrench to remove the blade.
    • Tighten the hex bolt clockwise to 33-44 ft/lbs when reattaching the blade to ensure safe operation.
    • Replace the blade after 50 hours of mowing or 2 years, whichever comes first, regardless of condition.
    • Lubricate the blade with light machine oil along its edge after each use to prolong its lifespan.
  • Battery and Charger Care:
    • Only use the supplied charger for 20V Li-ion batteries.
    • Store batteries in a dry, cool, and well-ventilated environment, away from fire or heat sources. Do not store in a garage or shed over winter.
    • Do not crush, drop, or damage the battery pack. Dispose of damaged batteries immediately.
    • Do not charge batteries in damp or wet locations.
    • Charge batteries when air temperature is between 64°F/18°C and 105°F/40.5°C for optimal life and performance.
    • If battery leakage occurs, wash skin immediately with soap and water. If liquid gets into eyes, flush with clean water for at least 10 minutes and seek medical attention.
    • Keep battery packs away from other metal objects to prevent short circuits.
    • Always remove battery packs from the tool when assembling, adjusting, cleaning, or not in use.
    • Unplug the charger and remove the battery pack when fully charged or not in use.
    • Keep battery packs dry, clean, and free from oil and grease. Do not use brake fluids, gasoline, petroleum-based products, or solvents for cleaning.
    • Keep battery packs out of reach of children.
    • Protect the charger against moisture and wet conditions.
    • If the charger's power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, service agent, or qualified persons.
  • Storage:
    • Remove batteries from the mower.
    • Clean the product thoroughly.
    • Store in a dry, frost-free place, inaccessible to children.
    • Ideal storage temperature is between 50°F/10°C and 86°F/30°C.
    • Use original packaging or a suitable cloth to protect against dust.
  • Transportation:
    • Switch off, disconnect the safety key, and remove batteries before transport.
    • Always use the transport handle.

    • Secure the mower to prevent slipping or falling.
