      ffowlerAug 21, 2025
If your RainSoft Water Filtration System regenerates at the wrong time, here are a few potential causes: 1. The computer may not be set correctly. In this case, reset the time of day/hour of regeneration. 2. Daylight savings time may have thrown off the time. Verify that auto daylight savings time is set to “ON.” 3. The maximum system capacity may have been exceeded. Limit water usage until the regeneration is complete.

    • M
      Melissa McfarlandAug 23, 2025
If your RainSoft Water Filtration System fails to use salt, it could be due to several reasons. The drain line might be plugged or restricted, so check the water flow to the drain and inspect for any crimps in the line. You can contact your RainSoft Dealer for service. The injector could also be plugged, or there might be low inlet pressure. Insufficient water in the brine tank could also be the cause, so contact your RainSoft Dealer for service.
