Xcelsius

The Xcelsius system enables the temperature of the brew water for the coee to be set dynamically, with an increase or decrease of up to 5 °C (9 °F)

during the 25 – 30 seconds it takes for each individual delivery. This function allows the particular aromatic characteristics of each individual blend to

be brought out for the perfect cup of coee. The Xcelsius system guarantees excellent temperature stability in each group head in accordance with

the standards of the World Coee Events 2011 (the organisation that runs the World Barista Championship WBC). The independent nature of the

group heads means that dierent temperatures can be set.

Mit dem Xcelsius-System lässt sich die Kaeebrühtemperatur dynamisch verändern, da der gewünschte Einstellwert während des 25 bis 30 Sekunden

dauernden Brühvorganges um bis zu 5 °C (9 °F) erhöht oder reduziert werden kann. Dank dieser Funktion können sich die speziﬁschen Aromen jeder

Kaeemischung optimal entfalten, was den Kaeegenuss perfekt macht. Ein weiteres wichtiges Merkmal des Xcelsius-Systems besteht darin, dass

es in jeder Brühgruppe eine exzellente thermische Stabilität gewährleistet – in Übereinstimmung mit den Standards der World Coee Events 2011

(Veranstaltungsorganisation von World Barista Championship WBC). Da die Brühgruppen voneinander unabhängig sind, ist eine Programmierung

unterschiedlicher Temperaturen möglich.

Le système Xcelsius permet de déﬁnir la température de l’eau de distribution du café à l’aide d’une progression dynamique, en permettant une

augmentation ou une diminution de la valeur jusqu’à 5 °C (9 °F) pendant les 25 à 30 secondes de chaque distribution. Cette fonction permet d’exalter

les caractéristiques organoleptiques de chaque mélange pour obtenir le meilleur résultat dans la tasse. Une autre caractéristique importante du système

Xcelsius consiste à garantir une stabilité thermique excellente dans chaque groupe, conformément aux standards World Coee Events 2011 (organisation

qui gère la World Barista Championship WBC). L’indépendance des groupes en permet une programmation à des températures diérentes.
