B) Activating UltraVent
®
/EH:
If on the Combi Master a mode or on the
SelfCooking Center a cooking process is
selected and the door is closed, then
- the suction runs on level 1 (reduced suction).
- when opening the cabinet door automatically
level 2 (max. suction) is activated.
- when closing the cabinet door again, automati-
cally level 1 (reduced suction) is active.
Warning
Risk of burning!
Parts may become hot. Fat filter and UV/EH must be
cooled down for cleaning.
Warning
The top cover of the UV/EH may not be used for stor-
ing any parts. Parts can fall down.
- Ensure that the extractor vent opening is not
clogged.
- Ensure when taking the UV/EH out of function for a
longer period of time, or during cleaning, that it is
disconnected from mains.
Cleaning:
- Clean the filters and the area behind the filters at
least once a week.
- Don`t use splash water for cleaning the UV/EH, but
a wet cloth and a suitable cleaning detergent
Warning
When cleaning/removing the filters and the area
behind the filters use a stable footing and observe
the coresponding accident prevention regulation.
Attention:
When not cleaning the filters regularly there is a
danger of fire.
- Loose the fixing of the right filter with a screw
driver. Pic. 18
- Push the grease filter upwards (first right filter)
- Pull the grease filter forward at the bottom and
remove from the UV/EH.
- Can be cleaned in a dishwasher.
Reverse procedure to reassemble.
