• Assemble the lower section (Fig.4) into position and firmly secure into place on the "U"
tube (Fig.2), using the four half-round bolts M8x16 (Fig.6), as shown in diagram 5.

• The piston end yoke (Fig.22) of the fully extended hydraulic cylinder (Fig.3) must now be
screwed in or out so that the distance between the Telimat lower section (Fig.4) is 60mm
from the disc edge (Fig.23), as shown in diagram 6. Lock the piston end yoke in position
using its hexagon locknut. Secure pin (Fig.16) into place using washer (Fig.15) and nut
(Fig.8). Check that the disc vanes are free to revolve when they are placed in their
outermost extended position. (M1 disc= vane position E4/M1X-disc= vane position 4.).
