Raven GEN 4000 - ASSEMBLY; Installing Wheels, Feet, and Handle

ASSEMBLY
1. Install the wheels using the supplied hardware
2. Install the feet on the bottom of the plate with "supplied hardware".
3. Attach the handle to the frame using the "supplied hardware".
