The flex cable is compatible with USB-C ports, lighting ports, and Micro USB ports.
To connect the cable’s output plug with a Micro USB port, set the output plug option
to the lightning options, as seen below.
MICRO USB CHARGING
Examine the Micro USB point. Inside
the port, you should see a contact
point that looks like a small, flat strip.
To connect the Lightning plug to the
Micro-USB port, align the port at the top
of the lightning cable with the contact
strip inside the Micro-USB socket.

A small, rectangular port is recessed into
the plug at the top of the Flex Cable’s
lightning connector.
The connection point in the Micro USB port
is not always aligned directly in the center
of the socket. Align the plug and contact
point carefully before finalizing connection.
Stop pushing the cable into the receptor
when you meet resistance. You might not
hear a click. It is normal for the lightning
cable head to not fit completely into the
port.
