1. EIVA detects an error:
Open the EIVA 2.0 app on your phone and connect
with your bike. In the event that an error appears on the
main screen, click on the error message and a pop-up
with more information will appear. Consult the "EIVA 2.0
manual" in order to find a solution to your problem.
2. EIVA does not detect an error:
If there is no error on the main screen and the battery
indicator is blue, Reset Parameters is needed on the bike.
Consult the "EIVA 2.0 manual" to see how to do this. After
the parameter reset, on the main screen, increase the
assist level.
Otherwise, if the “Connected” message appears and the
battery indicator is red, there is a communication error. Turn
off the bike and the application and try again to connect. If
the problem is not solved, try another phone. If the problem
persists, contact your nearest distributor.
If there is no bluetooth connection.
If there is no bluetooth connection, disconnect the DC-
Converter and the Brake sensors (see "Scenario 2" to learn
how to disconnect those cables). If the problem persists,
contact your nearest distributor.
Scenario 4:
Wheel turning by its own.
