Attaching the Front Fork
Required Tools: 13 mm Wrench and 6 mm Allen Wrench (included)
Attaching the Front Wheel
Required Tools: Two (2) 14 mm Wrenches (included)
1 Remove the steering bolt and
locknut from the frame assembly
with a 13 mm wrench and a 6 mm
Allen wrench.
1 Remove the locknuts on both
sides of the front axle using two (2)
14 mm wrenches and remove the
safety washers.
2 Insert the front fork into the frame
assembly. Be sure to properly align
the slot on the headtube with the pin
on the front fork as shown.
2 Attach front wheel and reinstall
safety washers and locknuts.
3 Reinsert the steering bolt
and secure with locknut using
a 13 mm wrench and a 6 mm
Allen wrench.

Failing to properly adjust and
tighten the bolts that affix the
handlebars can cause you to lose
control and crash.
