Connecting to an External TV or Component
Use the following connection to connect to an external TV or monitor or component, such as an audio/video receiver.
1. Connect your TV/DVD to an external TV.
A. Connect audio (white and red) cables to the AUDIO OUT (L/R) jacks on the back of the TV/DVD and to the Audio Input
jacks on your TV.
B. Connect a video cable (yellow) to the VIDEO OUT jack on the TV/DVD and to the Video Input jack on the back of your
TV.
Note: Check with the owner’s manual that came with your TV for details on what channel the TV needs to be on to see a picture
from the TV/DVD (sometimes SOURCE or VIDEO) when using the AUDIO/ VIDEO OUT jacks.
