Answering System On / Off Status Check
Briefly press the Answer L1 or L2 button, it displays the answering status on LCD. For
example, L2:ANSWER OFF.
To change status; press and hold the Answer L1 button. Unit will display and announce
the new status of the answering system.
Playback Messages
1. Press the Play/Stop button.
2. The voice messages status is displayed. Use the 3 and 4 to scroll to L1 or L2.

Press the Sel/Save button to start playback.

The Answer button flashes when there are new messages in the mailbox. Press the
corresponding Answer button to play messages.

During playback, press 4 to skip to the next message.

During playback, press 3 to return to the start of the current message. Press the 3
button twice to go back to the previous message.

During playback, press Delete to delete to the current message. Press Sel/Save or
Delete to confirm message delete.
7.
During playback, press and hold Delete for 2 seconds to delete to the all messages.
Press the Sel/Save or Delete button to confirm all message delete.
8.
Press Play/Stop or Exit to stop and exit playback.
NOTE: After playing a message, the unit will prompt you to keep or delete the message. If
you want to keep it, press 4 or 3 key to keep it and play the next message. If you want to
delete it, press the Delete or Sel/Save button to delete and continue to the next message.
Memo Recording
1. Press Memo/Record button.
2. Use the 3 and 4to scroll to L1 or L2.

Press the Sel/Save button to start recording.
4.
Press the Sel/Save button again to stop recording. The recorded memo is saved as an
incoming voice message.
NOTE: There is no time limit for memo recording. Messages can be recorded until
recording capacity is reached.
