Setting Up the VCR
Turning ON or OFF the
Auto VCR Plus+ download
If the automatic VCR Plus+ download continuously fails for
any reason, you will see the prompt:
VCR PLUS+ SETUP
Last automatic setup
was unsuccessful.
Would you like to:
1 Try again
2 Finish setup manually
3 Cancel the auto setup
If you decide to turn off Auto VCR Plus+ all together, you
can do this by:
1. Press the MENU button on the remote control to access
the VCR’s MAIN MENU
2. Press 4 to access the CHANNELS menu.

1 Auto Channel Search
2 Add/Remove Channels
3 Signal Type: CABLE
4 VCR Plus+ Setup
5 Cable Box Setup
0 Exit
3. Press 4 to access the VCR Plus+ Setup menu.
VCR PLUS+ SETUP
1 Set channel lists
2 Auto VCR Plus+: ON
VCR Plus+ data was not
found.
4. Pressing 1 will take you to a screen to manually map
VCR Plus+ channels. Pressing 2 will toggle between
Auto VCR Plus+ ON or OFF.
Make sure this feature is turned off if you continually
get “fail to download” prompts and map the channels
manually.
