Tramline Bouts”
a tick when on a tramline
bout and which side is
active.
The Second line shows
the current Tramline Bout.
The Third line shows the
Tramline Target.
“Power On / Off“
Button
Turns the Artemis on
and off.
“Pre
-
Start”
This button starts the
metering motor running
to prime the seed pipes
prior to the drill entering
the ground or moving
forward.
“Tramline
+1 Bout” Button
This button will override the
current Tramline Count and add
1 bout the current Tramline
Bout.
“Setup” Button
Used to enter the
Setup/Configuration
Menu
“ENTER” Button
When you have typed
in a new Target Rate on
the RATE page, press
this button to enter it.
“SD/MMC Card
Reader”
“Forward Speed”
This displays the live
Forward Speed
Reading.
If the speed is too high
or too low then it will
alarm and show an
up/down arrow.
“Tramline Hold” Button
This will prevent the
tramline bout counting
o
n if the drill is lifted while
working in the field.
“Return to MAIN Screen”
Press at any time to return from the Rate screen or any other
screen, back to the ‘MAIN’ Artemis screen displayed here.
Press to swit
ch between Fan 1 & Fan 2 while on the MAIN page if
using twin fans.
Numeric Keypad
Used to enter a 'Target
Rate' while on RATE
page. If the Target Rate
displayed is incorrect,
just type in a new one,
finishing with the Enter
key.
Use also for k
eying in a
value within Setup
Menu.
“Seed/Fert Motor On / Off” Buttons
These buttons allow the metering motors to be
independently switched on or off.
These buttons will overr
ide the cut out status on the
drill.
“Fan Speed”
This is the Fan RPM
Speed.
If this drops below the
preset Alarm threshold
then the system will
alarm and the Metering
Motor will not run.
