This will be known by an increase in dispense pressure.
8. While the cooling status indicator flashes, the dispenser is chilling the still and
sparkling water. When the cooling status indicator stops flashing and remains steady,
the cold water has reached its ideal temperature setting. (Note: This may take 1-2 hours
depending on ambient conditions)
9. The dispenser is ready to dispense hot, cold, and cold sparkling water.

Cylinder Change
NOTE: the CO
2
cylinder can be removed and installed at any time due to the self-sealing
needle valve. The cylinder does not need to be fully depleted before removing.
1. When the REPLACE CO2 indicator light is illuminated on the front panel, the cylinder is
due to be replaced. Remove the drip tray. Then lift and pull out the lower panel.
2. Turn the funnel and cylinder upward for easier access. Support the cylinder with one hand,
and rotate it counter-clockwise until loose. (NOTE: a small amount of gas may be heard
escaping. This is normal.)
3. Remove the empty cylinder.
4. Insert the new, full cylinder into the funnel, and rotate clockwise to install. An audible
beep will be heard, indicating that gas is entering the dispenser. Continue to turn the
cylinder firmly until fully tight. Turn the funnel downward until the cylinder rests
against the back wall. Then replace the panel and drip tray.
VI. Cleaning Instructions
It is recommended to clean your dispenser every 3 to 6 months using the following items:
Clean pair of rubber gloves
A new sponge or non-abrasive cleaning pad
Lint-free paper towels
Bucket or large bottle
Boiling water
New, unopened 3 or 5 gallon water bottle
Phillips head screw driver
Cleaning the Cold Tank
1. Remove the 3 or 5 gallon water bottle from the dispenser.
2. Drain the cold tank water by holding the blue cold water dispense button until water stops
flowing.
3. After draining the cold tank, unplug the dispenser from the power outlet.
4. Remove the no-spill adapter on top of the dispenser by pulling upward. Then remove the
plastic baffle inside of the tank by pulling upward.
5. Carefully fill the cold tank with clean, boiling water. Always use caution around hot
water!
6. Let boiled water sit for 3 minutes to partially cool.
7. Put on protective rubber gloves, and once safe to do so, use a new sponge or cleaning pad
to gently clean the cold tank by scrubbing the entire surface. Never use soap, cleaning
fluid, steel wool or other abrasive material to clean the cooling unit.
