The Reathlete DEXTRA is a cordless hand massager designed to provide comprehensive relaxation and recovery for the hands. Parts of the Massager:
The device features a Carry Handle for portability, a Control Panel for user interaction, a Clothed-Lined Massage Chamber where the hand is inserted, and a USB Charging Port.
Control Panel:
The DEXTRA's control panel includes an LCD screen to display settings and six touch buttons for customizing massage sessions:
- Intensity Button: Adjusts the strength of air compression.
- Vibration Button: Turns vibration on/off and selects between two speeds.
- Mode Button: Selects from six automatic massage programs.
- Timing Button: Sets the duration of the massage session.
- Power Button: Turns the device on and off.
- Heating Button: Turns the heat function on/off and selects between two levels.
Usage Features:
- Power On/Off: Long-press the Power Button (for 2 seconds) to switch the device on or off.
- Hand Insertion: Insert your hand into the massage chamber.
- Set Duration: Press the Timing Button to choose the massage duration. By default, it's set at 15 minutes. Each press adds 5 minutes (20, 25, 30 min). If the time is 30 minutes and you press it again, it resets to 10 minutes, and you can continue pressing to cycle through 5-minute increments up to 30 minutes.
- Adjust Intensity: Press the Intensity Button to select the strength of air compression. The device defaults to 3 (medium intensity), but can be changed to 4, 5, 6 (highest), 1 (lowest), or 2.
- Select Mode: Press the Mode Button to choose one of six automatic massage programs.
- Control Vibration: Press the Vibration Button to turn vibration on or off and select between two available speeds.
- Activate Heat: Press the Heating Button to turn the heat function on or off and choose between two available levels. It takes approximately 5 minutes for the device to warm up before you feel the heat inside.
- Personalized Routine: Experiment with the configurations to build a hand massage routine that keeps your hands healthy and fit daily.
Charging the Battery:
- Charge the device for up to 4 hours before its first use.
- Plug the USB-C cable into the USB-C charging port on the side of the massager.
- The four Battery indicators will flash during charging to show the battery charge level:
- LED flashes: less than 25%
- LEDs flash: 25% to 50%
- LEDs flash: 50% to 75%
- LEDs flash: 75% to 100%
- The Battery LEDs will stop flashing, and all four will remain lit for five minutes, then turn off when the battery is fully charged.
- Always unplug the charging adapter as soon as the device is fully charged.
- When using the device, the four Battery LEDs indicate the current battery level:
- LEDs lit: 75% to 100%
- LEDs lit: 50% to 75%
- LEDs lit: 25% to 50%
- LED lit: less than 25%
- It is recommended to charge the battery before it reaches 25%.
- When the battery is very low, all lights on the screen will turn on, flash three times, and then the device will shut down automatically. Charge the device before trying to use it again.
- Average run-time varies depending on settings (heat, vibration, low/high intensity). The average run-time is 2-3 hours per charge when using heat and/or operating at higher intensities. The average run-time is 3-4 hours when not using heat and/or operating at lower intensities.
- Only chargers with an output voltage of 5V/1A-5V/4A can be used. Do not use chargers with an output voltage greater than 6V. The power indicator will blink as the device is charging and stop blinking when fully charged.
Troubleshooting:
- Faint noises when used:
- If the air pump is working or the solenoid valve makes a tick-tock sound, it's normal operation and doesn't need fixing.
- Device won't switch on:
- The battery may have run out of power; charge the device.
- The intensity mode might not be enabled; turn on the intensity mode.
Safety Precautions:
- Do not use the device while it is charging.
- Turn the power off first if you intend to stop using it.
- Do not use the device while driving or sleeping.
- Only professional staff are allowed to disassemble or repair this product.
- Do not use the device if the power cord is damaged.
- Do not use the device if it has water or other liquids spilled on it.
- Do not use the device while bathing or taking a shower.
- Do not place or store this device where it can fall or be pulled into a tub or sink.
- Do not submerge the device in water or other liquids.
- Do not use the device if it displays defects.
- Stop using the device immediately if you experience any discomfort.
- Do not place this product in flammable, explosive, or damp environments.
- Do not use sharp instruments on this device.
- This device contains a lithium battery: before disposing of the device, power it off and take out the lithium battery. The battery must be disposed of according to local regulations; it cannot be treated as domestic waste. Do not throw the battery into fire.
Cleaning and Maintenance:
- Clean with a dry and soft cloth. Avoid moisture and cleaning agents. Do not spill water on the device.
- Do not wash the inside of the device using water. If necessary, wipe it with an alcohol pad or a clean wet towel. Do not use gasoline or substances containing gasoline.
- Keep this product out of the reach of children.
- Do not expose the device to moist environments, high temperatures, direct sunlight, or water.
- If you plan not to use the device for a long period, keep the battery charged every 2 months.
