Printing Calculator – Instruction Manual
1. How to load the paper roll
Set the P/NP switch to NP position.
1) Open the printer cover.
2) Pull out the paper roll holder.
3) Cut the paper end straight with scissors and insert the end into the printer slot. Make sure that the paper is fed
from underneath the holder to the printer.
4) Switch on the calculator. Press the paper feed key until the paper end goes through the printer as far as the
paper cutter.
5) Put the roll on the holder.
6) Close the printer cover.
2. How to change the ink roller
The printer of this model uses a disposable ink roller (IR-100B) (cartridge type). If the impressions are too light or
illegible, replace the ink roller with a new one.
1) Open the printer cover.
2) Pull the ink roller up.
3) Insert a new ink roller.
4) Make sure that the ink roller correctly in its position and close the cover.
3. How to replace batteries
1) Open the battery compartment on the rear side of the calculator.
2) Remove the unloaded batteries.
3) Insert new batteries with correctly orientated battery poles.
4) Close the battery cover.
Keys and switches description
Numerical keys
Is used to enter a number into the calculator.
Decimal point key
Is used to enter the decimal point.
Addition, subtraction, multiplication and division keys
Enter the calculation operations and perform repeated numerical operation calculations.
Equal key
Performs addition, subtraction, multiplication, division calculations, constant calculations
and other operations.
Switch on / Clear key
Switches the calculator on. After the number is entered it will clear it from the display.
In other situations it clears the display and all calculations except the memory.
Percent key
Performs percentage calculations.
Non-add / date print key
Is used to print the numbers, you do not want to include into the calculation (the invoice
number, date). Figures are printed on the left-hand side of the paper.
Paper feed key
Is used to feed and advance a paper roll.
