Heat Deflector, Drip Pan, Cooking Grates, and
Drip Bucket
Open the lid of the RT-590. Install the heat deflector (7) over the Air Box Assembly with the small
notches in the heat deflector over the small tabs located at the inside front and the large cutout to
the rear of the grill body (1). Install the drip pan (8) with the pan sloping down to the right of
the grill making sure to leave equal gaps between the pan and the front and back of the chamber
walls. Install the cooking grates (9) by resting them flat on the front and back ledges. Install the drip
bucket (10) by clipping the handle to the hook on the spout.
