How to fix a Reebok 5500C RBTL11104.1 when the power does not turn on?
    • W
      Wendy BranchJul 30, 2025
If your Reebok Treadmill power won't turn on, ensure the power cord is plugged into a surge suppressor that's plugged into a grounded outlet (meeting specifications on page 9). The treadmill isn't compatible with GFCI outlets. Also, check that the key is fully inserted into the console. Finally, examine the reset/off circuit breaker on the frame near the power cord. If it protrudes, wait five minutes, then press it back in to reset.

What to do if my Reebok Treadmill turns off during use?

      Adam BridgesAug 8, 2025
If your Reebok Treadmill shuts off during use, check the reset/off circuit breaker located on the treadmill frame near the power cord. If it has tripped, wait five minutes before pressing the switch back in to reset it. Also, ensure the power cord is securely plugged in; if it is, unplug it, wait five minutes, and plug it back in. Another solution is to remove and reinsert the key fully into the console.

Why is the walking belt on my Reebok 5500C RBTL11104.1 off-center or slipping, and how can I fix it?
    • M
      mgainesAug 14, 2025
If the walking belt on your Reebok Treadmill is off-center, remove the key and unplug the power cord first. For a belt shifted to the left, turn the left rear roller bolt clockwise 1/2 turn with the allen wrench. If it's shifted right, turn the left bolt counterclockwise 1/2 turn. Avoid overtightening. Plug in the power cord, insert the key, and run the treadmill briefly, repeating until centered. If the belt slips, remove the key and unplug the power cord. Tighten both rear roller bolts clockwise 1/4 turn. The belt should allow you to lift each side 3-4 inches off the platform when correctly tightened. Plug in the power cord, insert the key, and walk carefully for a few minutes, repeating until properly tightened.

Why does the walking belt on my Reebok 5500C RBTL11104.1 Treadmill slow down when I walk on it?
    • J
      Jose RodriguezAug 22, 2025
If the walking belt on your Reebok Treadmill slows down when you walk on it, use only a single-outlet surge suppressor that meets the specifications described on page 9. If the walking belt is overtightened, remove the key and unplug the power cord. Use the included allen wrench to turn both rear roller adjustment bolts counterclockwise 1/4 of a turn. When the walking belt is properly tightened, you should be able to lift the edges of the walking belt 3 to 4 inches off the walking platform. Be careful to keep the walking belt centered. Plug in the power cord, insert the key, and run the treadmill for a few minutes. Repeat until the walking belt is properly tightened.
