UNDERSTANDING THE BODY FAT DATA
The body fat data should be used as a guide to the physical condition of the user. It
should not be used as the only measure of health and fitness but is a good indicator of
progression and general health. Note these calculations do not take muscle mass into
consideration.
This data is not suitable for pregnant women, children, those with a lot of muscle and
those who have lost muscle – as you get older.
Different ethnic groups have a different body fat ratio and the data below may not be
appropriate for you. Please consult your doctor for more information on body fat.
