Warranty and After-sales Service
Warranty certificate
Be sure to fill in the date of purchase, store name and other requested information, and keep the
warranty certificate after you have read it.
Warranty period
The warranty period is 1 year from the date of purchase.
* If there are any problems during use, please consult the local agent customer service station or importer.
Minimum retention period for service functional parts
The minimum retention period for service functional parts for this product is 5 years from the
discontinuation of manufacture.
“Service functional parts” means parts that are required to maintain the functionality of this
product.
When requesting repairs
Within warranty period
Free repairs will be provided during the 1 year warranty period according to what is stated
on the warranty certificate. To request a repair, present the warranty certificate at the local
agent customer service station or importer.
After the 1 year warranty has ended.
For repairs after the end of the warranty period, consult the local agent customer service
station or importer. Repairs will be provided for a fee.
