FILLING HELM HYDRAULIC STEERING FLUID
FILL PLUG
There is a fi ll plug located at the starboard helm
used to add hydraulic fl uid to the steering system.
There is a hose kit used to fi ll the system. Note that
Sea Star Solutions recommends Seastar Hydraulic
Steering Fluid for use with the fi ller kit.
Any non-approved fl uid may cause serious damage
to the steering system resulting in possible loss of
steering, causing property damage, personal injury
or death.
Contact your closest Regal dealer or marine
professional for system fi lling instructions since the
steering system may need to be purged of air by
opening bleed fi ttings as the wheel is turned port
and/or starboard.
