WARNING
• For use with children ages 4 months to 12 months.
• Never leave child unattended. Always keep child in view
while in product.
• Use only when child can hold up head unassisted.
• Never use on raised surfaces such as tables, counters,
chairs, beds, or near stairs.
• Never lift or tilt the seat while your baby is seated.
• Strings can cause strangulation! DO NOT place items
with a string around child's neck, such as hood strings or
pacifier cords. DO NOT suspend strings over product or
attach strings to toys.
• Prevent serious injury or death from sliding out, falls, or
tipping over.
• NEVER use soft seat without main seat.
• Do not use this product if it is damaged or broken.
• Never use as a booster seat, high chair, car seat, bath
seat, or child carrier.
• Never use the seat in or near water to avoid drowning.
• Do not use in motor vehicles.
• Do not position the seat under a window as it could be
used as a step by the child and cause the child to fall out
of the window.
• When attaching the tray, keep your baby's limbs clear of
attachment area. Ensure tray is securely attached before
use.
• Detach tray BEFORE removing your baby from the seat.
• Never use on elevated surface.
• Always use restrains. Adjust to fit snugly.
