Finally, stretch and pull down rear cover evenly before securing velcro strip to
seat base. Repeat if necessary for better fit.
Converting to Footrest Position
While sitting, simply pull the leveler by using hand to access the footrest position.
Footrest will pops up once the leveler pulled out.

While sitting, simply push your back to backrest to access the recliner position.
Push down footrest to restore backrest into original position.
