How to start a Remington Snow Blower when the engine fails to start?
- MMichele WellsAug 13, 2025
If your Remington Snow Blower's engine won't start, consider these potential causes: 1. Ensure the choke is in the CHOKE position. 2. Check that the spark plug wire is securely connected. 3. Make sure the fuel tank isn't empty and contains clean, fresh fuel. 4. Prime the engine as shown in the Engine Manual. 5. Inspect the spark plug; clean, adjust the gap, or replace if necessary. 6. Verify the safety key is fully inserted into the switch. 7. If your model has an electric start, confirm the extension cord is properly connected to both the snow blower and a grounded AC outlet.
