ROTOTOM ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Turn the long carriage bolt clockwise unl it makes contact with the boom insert.
Place stand and lter in
the upright posion.
Slide the short carriage bolt into the Rototrac approximately to the midway point. Tighten the AD10 adaptor plate to the
Rototrac using the washer, nut, and included wrench. Place Rototrac assembly on top of the Ratchet Block Tilter.

Rototrac Base Assembly

Stand and Tilter Positioning

Place the stand and tilter in the upright position for assembly.

Carriage Bolt and Rototrac Connection

Attach the long carriage bolt and connect the Rototrac assembly with the AD10 adaptor plate.

Securing AD10 to Ratchet Block

Tighten the AD10 and Rototrac to the Ratchet Block using the provided Dum Key.

Rototom Drum Mounting and Adjustment

Mounting Rototom Drums

Slide and secure Rototom assemblies (10", 8", 6") into the Rototrac with washers and handles.

Pitch Adjustment Method

Adjust the pitch of the Rototom assembly by rotating it clockwise to increase or counter-clockwise to decrease.

Tension Rod Configuration

Ensure tension rods are threaded completely through and are even on the bottom casting.
