ROADSIDE OPERATION ON AN ELECTRIC VEHICLE
Send a roadside assistance operative with an ELECTRIC VEHICLE AUTHORISATION, personal
protective equipment (PPE) and specialised tools for electric vehicle
NB:
In its "ASSISTANCE"
specifications,
RENAULT requires that
roadside assistance
operatives are
authorised to work on
electric vehicles and that
they carry PPE in their
vehicle.

Protect yourself before you
protect the victim or victims.
The accident has already
happened, you must not
create an additional
accident.
