What to do if my RENPHO Massager does not work?

  If your RENPHO massager isn't working, several factors could be the cause. First, ensure the power cord is securely plugged into both the massager and a working outlet. If that doesn't resolve the issue, try a different outlet to rule out power issues. Inspect the power cord for any damage, and replace it if necessary. Also, make sure the power button is turned on. If the device has been running for an extended period, it may have automatically shut off to prevent overheating; allow the motor to cool down before using it again. Finally, ensure you are using the original adapter that came with the massager.

  If the rotation function isn't working on your RENPHO massager, it may be because you're using P1 or A1 mode, neither of which include rotation. To use the rotation function, select a different mode other than P1 or A1.

Why can't I adjust the speed on my RENPHO Massager?

  The speed on your RENPHO massager can only be adjusted when the Program mode is active. If you press a speed button while in Auto mode, the device will automatically switch to Program mode (P1) at Speed 5 by default. To adjust the speed, make sure you are in Program mode.

  The intensity of your RENPHO massager might be too high or low because the selected speed level doesn't match your preference. This massager offers 20 different speed levels. Try experimenting with different speeds to find one that suits you. It's generally recommended to start with a low speed and increase it gradually.
