      Paige Carroll MDAug 6, 2025
If the RENPHO Massager isn't turning on, there could be several reasons. First, check that the adapter is correctly connected to both the massager and the power source. If the power is off, simply press the power button. Also, the massager may have shut off automatically after the timer ran out; in that case, press the power button again to restart it. Finally, the overload protection may have been activated. If this happens, alleviate the load and then restart the massager.
