La cámara IP no se enciende
Si su cámara no se enciende, intente las siguientes soluciones:
• Compruebe si la toma de corriente funciona correctamente o no.
Intente conectar la cámara a otra toma de corriente diferente para ver si
funciona.
• Compruebe si el adaptador de CC funciona o no. Si tiene otro
adaptador de corriente de 12V CC que funciona, utilícelo y compruebe si
funciona.

Solución de Problemas
Los LED infrarrojos dejan de funcionar
Si los LED infrarrojos de su cámara dejan de funcionar, intente las
siguientes soluciones:
• Vaya a Configuración del Dispositivo y verifique si ha activado los LED
infrarrojos. Si los LED están desactivados, actívelos.
• Vaya a Vista en Vivo y verifique el modo Día/Noche. Configure el modo
en Auto para activar las luces infrarrojas.
• Actualice el firmware de su cámara a la última versión.
NOTA: Si su cámara tiene otro soporte sin la perilla de ajuste, afloje el
tornillo de ajuste con la llave hexagonal proporcionada y gire la cámara
como se muestra a continuación para ajustar el ángulo.
