Securely connect the network ethernet cable to the RJ-45 jack. Ensure the clip is intact.
SDI/HDMI ports output video and audio; D2202 decoders lack HDMI output but accept reference.
Use DVI-D, HDMI, or DisplayPort on the PCI GPU for a 16x9 1080p monitor.
Connect a wired keyboard and mouse; wireless is not recommended for decoder control.
Turn on the decoder by pressing the power button on the front of the unit.
Decoder uses DHCP by default; configure static IP via 'IP Settings' if needed.
Log in to the Server-Grade Decoder using the appropriate site username.
Check for and perform available updates via the user icon; restart may be required.
Set output device (1 card recommended) and video format to match encoding for best quality.
Configure the timezone according to the local time of the decoder.
Select an event from the Events tab and start streaming. Buffer 5 min (internet) or 2 min (LAN).
