HF tympanometry (only for R26M-PT and R36M-PT)
Similar in execution and controls to the 226 Hz Tympanometry.
Three separate graphic areas are available to perform three dierent tympanograms at dierent probe
tone frequencies: 678 Hz, 800 Hz and 10000 Hz. The three tympanograms can be run with pressure
generation in automatic or in manual mode (only Y curve shown in manual mode).
For each tympanogram, at the end of the test, three curves will be displayed shown as Y (admittance), B
(susceptance) and G (conductance) useful to describe more fully the behavior of the ear when probe tones,
next to its resonant frequency, are used.
In tympanometry with 1000 Hz tone, the CHILDREN mode is available, as described in the Quick check.
