Starts at speed 2, increases to speed 6 every 15s, then repeats in reverse. Alternates forward/backward four times.

Programme P3: Stepped Progression

Starts at speed 3, increases through 5,7,9,11 every 20s, then repeats in reverse. Alternates forward/backward thrice.

Programme P4: Higher Intensity

Starts at speed 4, increases through 6,8,10,12 every 20s, then repeats in reverse. Alternates forward/backward thrice.

Programme P5: Alternating Speeds

Alternates between speeds 5 and 10 every 30s, in both forward and reverse. Repeats forward/backward four times.
