Why does my Rexton Hearing Aid have no sound?

  Your Rexton Hearing Aid might have no sound due to several reasons. The battery polarity could be reversed, so ensure the battery is inserted correctly. The battery might also be weak or dead, in which case you should replace it with a fresh one. Also, make sure that the aid is turned on by rotating the volume control to the “on” position, pushing the button to the Memory 1 position, or closing the battery door completely. The aid could also be clogged with wax, so try cleaning it. Finally, the volume might be too low, so turn up the volume control.
