BEFORE YOU BEGIN
Thank you for choosing this quality product. Be sure to check all
packaging materials carefully for small parts that may have become
loose during shipment and place all parts on a non-abrasive surface.
IMPORTANT
These Bar Cart parts can be cumbersome to some people. Two
or more people are recommended to assemble the bed to prevent
personal injury and ensure the Bar Cart is not damaged during the
assembly process.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1. With the aid of the support blocks, gently lay the Bar Cart on the
side. On each end of the Bar Cart leg, there is a threaded hole
designed to hold the caster. Install the caster together with a Lack
washer and Tighten it with Allen Wrench provided. Please repeat
the procedure with the other leg.
2. After installing the leg, gently turn the bar cart into an upright
position.
3. GLASS SHELF INSTALLATIONS
- Attach the self-adhesive Rubber Bumps to the rebate frame of the
Bar Cart
- Before installing the glass shelves, set a folded piece of
corrugated carton or a piece of rugs on the frame to keep the
glass and the finish of the frame from damage.
- With assistance, gently lift the glass shelf and insert it through the
opening of the Bar Cart
- Once the Glass reaches the other side of the cart, gently remove
the carton or rugs and set the glass in place.
- Repeat the above procedure on the other shelf.
- Lastly, install the last glass on the top of the bar cart.
