Installation of "KCTR" user terminal
• Be sure to comply with standards concerning
electric equipment to perform installation and
low power connection between the HP and the
KCTR.
• Disconnect electrical power from the HP before
wiring the KCTR.
• Use cable Modbus Belden 8762, or similar
cable to wire KCTR
• The maximum length of the connection cable of
the KCTR is 100 m
Notes for installation of KCTR
• Never install KCTR above a stove or gas heater
or any other combustion device to avoid dama-
ging the electronic components and deforming
the outer casing.
• Do not install it in places exposed to steam
coming from stoves, pans or similar equipment,
or exposed to water or sprays from taps or the
likes.
• Do not install in a position which is exposed to
direct sunlight.
• Install KCTR in the same room as the radiant
system.
• Do not install in a room where industrial chemi-
cal agents are used (ammonium, sulphur, chlori-
ne, ethylene compounds, acids, etc.).
