Emptying the Dust Cup
NOTE: Always unplug from electrical outlet
before opening the dust cup. The dust cup
must be properly installed to operate the
vacuum.
• To remove the dust cup, push the dust
cup release button and pull out the dust
cup. (Fig. 1)
• Press the dust cup button to release the
bottom and empty the dust from the dust
cup. (Fig. 2)
• Pull out the dust cup filter. (Fig. 3) Shake
filter to remove debris.
• If desired, you may rinse the dust cup
filter under cold water. Wait until the filter
dries completely before placing it back
into the vacuum.
• Place the dust cup filter back into the
dust cup.
• Attach the dust cup to the vacuum.
