• When Spooling is enabled, the incoming encrypted data is stored directly to the spooling area of the
HDD. Following this, the first page of the data is then sent to the PDF interpreter to be interpreted.
• It is also possible to set the MFP/LP to prohibit the printing of PDF files. PDF files for which this setting
is used cannot be printed out when received by the MFP/LP, as the MFP/LP resets the job and deletes
the data.
