Press the four-way controller (5), then press the four-way
controller (3) to move the frame to [Date].
Press the four-way controller (5) to select [01] (month),
[01] (day) or [2013] (year), then use the four-way controller (23)
to set the current date and time.

controller (3) to move the frame to [Time].
Set the time in the same manner as in . Then press the
