What to do if my RIDGID Crimp tool dies will not open or the tool will not turn on?

If your RIDGID Crimp tool won't turn on or operate, and the dies won't open enough to fit, it might not be fully retracted. Try pressing the REVERSE button. Also, ensure the battery is fully charged and properly inserted. Replace the battery if it has failed. If the tool has been run FORWARD (not fully retracted), press the REVERSE button.
