29. Abnormal operations
No power.
If, after pressing the on-off button on the
remote control the on light does not turn on
and teh unit does not start working, check
the following:
The unit’s plug, if any, must be correctly
plugged in.
The mains switch must be “on”.
The remote control’s batteries must be
charged.
If necessary, call RIELLO’s Technical Service.
The air conditioner does not cool or
warm effectively
Check that:
The mesh filter must be clean.
The air purifying filters, if installed, must be
clean.
Windows and doors to the outdoors must
be closed.
The outdoor unit’s air flow must not be
obstructed.
The desired temperature has been set
correctly.
The channel setted with “Code” button is
“A”. If transmission signal doesn’t happen
try to change to channel “B” pressing
“Code” button.
If necessary, call RIELLO’s Technical Service.
Abnormal operation lights
Abnormal operations are identified by a code
appearing on the display.
In order to reset the starting conditions:
Press the on-off button.
If the unit starts working again regularly,
the anomaly was a random occurrence.
If necessary, call RIELLO’s Technical Service.
Wait for 10 minutes.
Position the system’s main switch in the
“off” position.
Position the unit’s main switch in the “on”
position.
