It is your responsibility to:
The user must check the integrity and completeness of the instruments before each
use. All components must be compatible with each other.
Incompatible components can result in degraded performance.
Never knowingly use a defective device.
Replace parts that are defective, worn, missing or incomplete.
Contact the nearest factory-approved service centre if repairs or replacements are
required.
In addition, the user of the device bears sole responsibility for malfunctions resulting
from improper use, incorrect maintenance, improper repair, damage or changes by
persons other than Riester employees or authorised service personnel.
All serious incidents related to the product must be reported to the manufacturer
and the competent authority of the Member State in which the user and/or the patient
is established.
If there are any problems with the product or use of the product, please contact your
doctor immediately.
